Neil Laird, as EVP and CFO is responsible for Finance, Legal, Human Resources, IT and Administration in Roamware.

Prior to Roamware, Neil was Chief Financial Officer of SumTotal Systems Inc., a global provider of learning, performance management and talent management software solutions. Previously Neil was Chief Financial Officer at Docent Inc. and at ADAC Laboratories. His earlier experience includes positions at Coherent Medical Systems, Measurex Corporation and Price Waterhouse.

Neil has over 20 years experience with global high technology companies including over 10 years as a public company Chief Financial Officer.

Neil is a UK Chartered Accountant and has an MA from Cambridge University in the UK.
