These claimed ‘End to End’ solutions that promise quality assurance are limited in that they focus on one dimension, while losing track of the other. A true end to end Quality assurance process operates in complex ecosystems that combine different organizations, geographies (local & foreign) and business models. This underlying diversity and the subscriber and network dimensions need to be integrated
to provide a seamless experience to subscribers as they move in a home network and across networks. We call this integration, the R-Quality.
