The Roaming and Local MultiNumber suite consists of innovative solutions that let operators offer various combinations of local and roaming profiles to subscribers,

with a view to encouraging usage and user convenience, both in the home and visited networks.

Roaming and Local Multi-Number

  Roaming MultiLine

Roaming MultiLine allows the subscriber to use multiple MSISDNs, from different networks in frequently-visited destinations, to be associated with their home subscription. Calls and messages may be received on both, the visited and home numbers simultaneously, irrespective of the location of the subscriber. Subscribers can present the local number to their customers and use the services of the visited network as if they were local subscribers.

  Local MultiLine

Local MultiLine enables a subscriber to have multiple home-operator numbers concurrently active on a single SIM card and device. Subscribers can make/receive calls or SMS messages on multiple phone numbers at the same time and receive an integrated bill. It helps manage diverse communication needs separately using one phone.

  Free Local Number

Free Local Number enables mobile operators to assign targeted inbound roamers a local number in the visited network and allows them to receive calls and SMSes free-of-cost on that number. The operator benefits from the stickiness factor that retains the in-roamers within the network.

  Prepaid Local Number

Prepaid Local Number enables travelers to obtain a local prepaid subscription to complement their home operator profile, without the need to change the original SIM card in the handset. They may use the local profile to make calls at cheaper rates than roaming calls, thereby resulting in additional revenues for the visited operator.

  MultiSIM

The MultiSIM service enhances the user experience for mobile users with multiple subscriptions and different handsets. It lets the user determine a primary number on which they are reachable, failing which, it is routed to the other secondary devices in a user-defined sequence.
